From Rio to Buenos Aires – Four Hands Dinner @ Fogueira Restaurant and Lounge Dubai

Have you ever been to a Four Hands Dinner ? This is when two renowned chefs come together to create a specially curated menu for the evening. Different backgrounds and expertise, paired together over ‘four hands’ to create a unique culinary experience.

And this, is what you could do at Fogueira Restaurant and Lounge – soon.


When and where

For three nights only – Chef Fernando Rey Golfarine will join forces with Chef Sebastian Perez for a fiery four hands dinner to cook up passion and finesse at Fogueira Restaurant and Lounge.

The event will run from Thursday 31st of October 2024, to Saturday 2nd of November 2024, between 6 to 10:30pm. Priced at 399 AED per person, including wine pairing – this is an experience not to be missed, especially for foodies out there.

Chef Fernando Rey Golfarine will prepare an array of buffet delights, including a large selection of salads, hot appetizers, flavorful main courses such as Brazilian Feijoada, Bobó de Camarão and Vaca Atolada, along with dessert favorites like Brazilian Lemon Tart and Açaí Cheesecake.

Chef Sebastian Perez will be responsible for serving ready-to-eat platters directly to guests’ tables, including Argentinian-inspired appetizers and mains such as Argentinean Rib Eye and Cabritos a la Cruz, alongside irresistible desserts like Maicenitas.

Argentinian grape brand, Catena will also feature during the special evening, with a dedicated sommelier offering the native grape to guests at a reduced price.

On the Chefs : Chef Fernando and Chef Sebastian

Chef Fernando Rey Golfarine is currently the head chef at Fogueira Restaurant and Lounge at Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach. Raised in Brazil’s Rio Grande do Sul, Chef Fernando excels in the art of churrasco – a signature style from Brazil’s Gaucho region. Churrasco is also what Fogueira is famous for – where regulars return again and again for quality charcoal-grilled meat.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Chef Sebastian Perez is a skilled Argentinean Chef. He was the Chef de Cuisine for Siddharta Lounge by Buddha Bar, before moving to Sloane’s and then Brasserie 2.0. He is currently the Executive Sous Chef at Grosvenor House,  a Luxury Collection Hotel Dubai.

On the venue : Fogueira

Fogueira is the first Brazilian restaurant in Dubai – and is a much-love churrascharia amongst the Brazilian as well as local JBR community. Occupying the 35th floor of Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach – its outdoor terrace boasts a beautiful view of the Dubai Marina and JBR Skyline. Don’t worry – you can always choose to sit indoors if you prefer.
