5 Reasons to get Viya Access Family Pass in Dubai

With quite a few lifestyle memberships in Dubai right now – we’re sure you would have heard of Viya by now. That membership that gives you unlimited access to certain pool, beach and gyms. That – I’m sure you know. But did you know that it also gives you access to certain indoor and outdoor entertainment centres as well? Complimentary daily breakfast at a particular scenic spot in Bluewateres? And if you do your math – it works out much cheaper than trying to pass for an entry fee everytime you head out with the family.

Don’t believe it? Keep on reading to see 5 Reasons why you should consider getting Viya Access Family Pass.

1. Unlimited Access to Luxury Pool, Beach & Kids’ Club

Let’s start with the benefit that you all know Viya from : its access to pool and beach, and kids’ club in Dubai.

These are some of the venues in Dubai that you could bring the kids for a swim in :

  • Emirates Golf Club
  • Jumeirah Golf Estates
  • Westin & Le Meridien Mina Seyahi
  • JA The Resort
  • Riva Beach Club
  • Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort
  • Nikki Beach Resort
  • Park Hyatt Dubai

Emirates Golf Club and Jumeirah Golf Estates are both evidently – golf clubs, so if you’re a keen golfer, it’s the perfect spot to be as you could go for a dip in the pool after a session of golf on the course. Spend the morning with friends and meet the rest of the family for a splash and a bite at lunch.

Westin & Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, as well as JA The Resort is very popular with families – with numerous pools across its property. Did you know that JA The Resort has a Wildlife Discovery Zone & Aviary as well? For both properties, you also get access to its kids’ club – which means you can drop the little ones off and sneak away for some quiet time.

For those who want to spend sometime at the Palm, Viya Access members can use Riva Beach Club on the Shorelines, as well as Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Riva has a shallow toddler pool alongside its family pool, and at Th8 Palm – members also get access to its adults-only pool called Fluid Beach Club.

Over at Park Hyatt Dubai – members get access to the kids’ club so you can pop over to the beautiful Lagoon for an adults-only swim. Don’t worry – you also get access to their family pool with palm trees all around so you can do that with the little ones after.

Looking for pristine beach, with waves? Take the family over to Nikki Beach Resort & Spa. Bring your bodyboards and catch some waves – this is one of the best spots to do that in Dubai.

2. Unlimited Access to Waterparks

Did you know that two of the above 5-star resorts has a mini waterpark on its premises?

JA The Resort

JA The Resort has a mini waterpark called Just Splash, Splash Park. Let the kids slide down aqua tubes with twists and turns, and get splashed under a large soaker bucket. For the younger ones – there’s Just Splash, Splash Pad with water jets and mini tipper buckets.

Westin & Le Meridien Mina Seyahi

Over at Mina Club at Westin and Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, you’ll find Jungle Bay Waterpark. There’s large wide slides perfect for the younger ones, as well as bigger slides from a tower for the older kids. Down at the bottom – a wave pool, great for the entire family.

3. Unlimited Access to Gyms

Viya Access Family Pass holders not only get access to gyms within the hotels itself, but also standalone gyms like Champs Sport Club, F45, Reset Fitness, UFC Gym and YOFit Hot Studios. These gyms have some of the best equipment around, as well as classes – like cardio, strength, combat, yoga and so much more.

4. Unlimited Access to Family Entertainment Centres

This is one benefit that sets Viya Access apart from a lot of the other lifestyle memberships out there.

If you don’t want to spend every single weekend at a pool and beach, Viya Access also has access to a number of fabulous family entertainment centres :

  • Full Day Park Admission at The Green Planet
  • 1-hour Access to Topgolf Gameplay*
  • 1-hour Access to Golf Simulator, Mini Golf, or Darts at Five Iron Golf*
  • 1-hour Access to Bowling, Wikit & Digital Darts at Tiger Strikes*
  • 1-hour Access to Darts at Toad in the Hole*
  • 30-minutes Access to Wikit*

*Note : Access is valid for Member + 5 guests

This means you can take the kids to Green Planet every single day, if you (really) want to. You can hit a few balls at Topgolf or Five Iron Golf if you prefer indoors. Go for some bowling or augmented-reality cricket at either Tiger Strikes or Wikit. Take your pick!

5. Daily Complimentary Breakfast at The Pods plus up to 30% off Dining, Spa & Retail

Did you know that as a Viya Access Family Pass holder – you get complimentary breakfast at The Pods in Bluewaters, everyday? Two kids aged 16 and under, included. Of course you can pay for extra guests, but gosh – imagine popping over for breakfast everyday, for free? 🙂

Members also get up to 30% off dining, spa & retail at all Viya venues, so you can stay on and have a drink and a bite after you pool and beach, or gym day.

How much would Viya Access Family Pass cost?

These are the three different packages for Viya Access Family Pass, depending on the timeframe you would like to sign the family up for :

  • 1-month : 1,990 AED
  • 3-months : 3,890 AED
  • 12-months : 12,990 AED

Note : This is valid for 2 Adults, and 2 Kids – and the 12-months package works out to be approximately 1082.50 AED a month for the family. So that’s basically pool, beach, gym, kids’ club, and entertainment centres covered for the entire month.

🚨Offer Alert : Viya currently have a limited time offer where you get a complimentary 1-month with every 1-month membership OR complimentary 3-months with every 3-month membership. For the Viya Access Family Pass – that’s 1,990 AED for 2 months, or 3,890 AED for 6 months which works out to be approximately 650 AED a month for 2 adults and 2 kids. An absolute bargain!

Is Viya Access Family Pass worth it?

Just like any other membership – it entirely depends on how often you want to use it. There’s no point for us to say yes it’s worth it and you sign up and use it only once a month.

Sit down, do the math.

Talk to your other half.

How often do you guys plan to use it? Compare it with a day pass, or entry fee for the entertainment centres. You know best what you and your family enjoys.

Just picture this : this is your leisure time, sorted.

A one-time payment so you don’t have to stress about checking the entry fees everytime the weekend comes. And as it is a family pass – you can also go by yourself, anytime you want to as well. An hour game of Topgolf in the morning, then meet up with the rest of the family at Emirates Golf Club with the kids. Pop over to Wikit for a quick game of augmented-reality cricket. Spend an afternoon at The Green Planet. Take your pick.
