Dubai Hotels with Waterslides For Kids

It’s pool season in Dubai now, isn’t it?

There’s a handful of hotels in Dubai that has their own waterslides. These are a few of the ones that we have been and our thoughts on it 😉 Just in case you wanted to plan a pool and beach day with the little ones, or otherwise pay more for a staycation.

  1. Grand Hyatt Dubai

There’s a shallow one for toddlers, and then two really high enclosed slides for the big kids.

  • Slides – not shaded
  • You can hide underneath the “pipe” to chill if it gets too hot
  1. Sofitel the Palm Dubai

Away from the main pool, there are a number of other smaller pools.

One of them, next to Sinbad’s Kids Clubs has two high slides. Take note that the water depth in there is properly deep – 2m I think? So if you are going down with your little one, make sure you “throw them” when you both hit the water, otherwise you’ll end up holding them up high and you’re left drinking lots of water.

  • Deep enough for adults to swim around in and chill
  • Too deep for toddlers, they’ll need to know how to waddle around with floats
  • Slides – not shaded.

Next to the main pool and by Luciano’s is where you’ll find the kid’s pool.

It’s shallow enough for toddlers to walk and swim in there by themselves. There are two slides there, the lower one – your under 5s could go unaccompanied. The higher one is more so for big kids, so if you want to go with your toddler, by all means, go.

  • Right next to the adult pool
  • Kids pool and lower slides – shaded.
  1. Arabian Courts, One and Only Royal Mirage Dubai

There’s one small slide by the main Arabian Court pool. It’ll keep the toddlers entertained for a little bit if they don’t mind going again, and again 😉

Have a read of our day spent by the pool at the One and Only Royal Mirage.

  • At the main Arabian Court Pool
  • Quiet
  • Slides – not shaded.
  1. Jungle Bay, Westin Mina Seyahi Dubai

There’s a teeny tiny one by the toddler’s pool, which is shaded. Fun for say, an 18 month old to 2 year old. Anything more, they’re not going to move much.

Pop over to Jungle Bay and you’ve got everything else 😉

  1. Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Dubai

By Sinbad’s Kids Club, you’ll find 3 slides the toddlers would love.

It’s quite a cute setup, the slides come down a blue whale. It’s a short trek from the main pool so if the kids want to use it and need your supervision, you’ll have to pull up a sunbed and watch them. There really isn’t a deep enough pool there for you to ‘stay cool’, unless you lay horizontal or be an alligator in the kid’s pool.

  • Away from the main pool, by Sinbad’s Kids Club
  • Slides – not shaded.

Dubai resident. Stays most of the time in the marina as she can't be bothered going anywhere else after work and in the weekends. Originally from the land of the orang utans, spent the latter half of her life in the land down under. Always on the look out for deals, loves organising get-togethers, and occasionally steals some time for a sip of wine or four at ladies nights.
