It was the girls’ birthday do, and a promo email coincidentally landed in my inbox, stating that there will be a 2 for 1 offer for the Vintage brunch in Fazaris extended to March. This was two weeks ago, so if you can do the maths it was still February 😉 Gave them a call and they confirmed this was valid for that weekend, woo hoo! So happy. I booked for our group of 12.

We taxi-ed into The Address Downtown Dubai that Friday, and walked into Fazaris. Hanging streams of gold lights from the ceiling, comfortable couches for all, the place was grand and as you would expect from The Address. (Note to all : Please dress smartly!)

We didn’t bring G’s camera, as we were out for a ‘good brunch’, hee hee. I’ll just keep this short and sweet, to say that, if you haven’t been to this brunch, suggest you take advantage of their deal this month and check it out.

Service was impeccable – our cutleries and plates were changed when required, drinks were constantly topped up (a big feat, considering that we were a large group), and staff were still happy to take lots of photos for us 😉

You get a large selection, as they describe it as ‘cuisines from all over the world’. Yes, there’s fresh salmon sashimi (any brunch that has salmon sashimi, we’re sold 😉 ), and sushi. Then you  get everything else – roast lamb, beef, live-cooking stations, arabic selections.

We were wondering where the dessert was, and was then told it’s at the back in its own room. Ha ha ha. I love it when there’s a ‘dessert room’!!!!

Look, I apologize I don’t have a lot of photos of the place and food. Mind you we did take a lot of photos that afternoon, mostly selfies and of everyone else while they were gobbling down this delicious feast. I just had to do this post so you get your ass there this weekend, or the weekend after, or the weekend after after, and pay 425 AED for two 🙂 

Many thanks to the team who took care of our group, and for getting the birthday cake for the girls as requested. I was so upset that I missed it though, as I was having so much fun inside the dessert room when the cake came out 🙁
