Wild Wadi Waterpark – Ramadan 2014

There’s a stance in hot yoga, where you touch your toes, heads to knee, and you look like a lamppost. I saw a little girl do this in Wild Wadi today. The only difference was she had her pants down and honestly, I was amazed how much water was coming out of such a cute little being. Haha. Safe to say, G, mum and I stood up from the pool quite quickly and decided to call it an evening 😀

Wild Wadi Ramadan Promo

So by chance I saw on Facebook over the weekend that Wild Wadi was doing a great promo – where you donate 3 pieces of clothing and you get, guess what – free entry from 3-7pm every Monday’s during Ramadan! We’ve already been there with friends before but since mum was here, why not go there and pop along the lazy river in the donuts 🙂 So we took the bag of old clothes that’s been sitting in the room for the last 6 months, and headed up Jumeirah road to Wild Wadi.

We only spent about 2 hours there but it was a great way to end the evening 🙂 It was pretty packed I’ll say, so many families, so many kids! It was really nice to see everybody out and about, in the water.

So, if you’re wondering what else can you do now that you finish work early, and you have 5 kids and it usually costs a fortune to take them to the waterparks, clear out that wardrobe of yours, I’m sure you won’t wear that pink blouse anymore, and give it away to charity. And, have a fab time at Wild Wadi 🙂

Cheers for the promo, mum had a great time. A bit stink that the photos taken by the random photographers cost a fortune (150AED!) so we didn’t purchase it, but memories are all in our head.

Maybe G and I will head back again next Monday. I still have two more bags of clothes in our room 🙂
