AYA Rooftop launched a ladies night at the beginning of May, and we rounded up our friends to join in the fun. It was so good that a couple of weeks later, I came back with other friends. After-all, there’s not a lot of places that does a ladies night on a Friday night here in Dubai right now isn’t it?

Here’s what to expect at AYA Rooftop’s Friday Ladies Night.

The venue

AYA Rooftop is located on the 9th floor of Mileo the Palm – and as the name suggests, it is on the…*drumroll* rooftop 🙂 There’s lots of seating outdoors by the pool and do not fret, they do have two indoor areas that is fully air conditioned as well.

During the good season, the team will open up the sliding doors completely so the venue becomes a big open space.

And yes – views. Very smart positioning of the building as eventhough it’s situated off Palm West Beach, it sits behind two other buildings – but has just the perfect view of Ain Dubai tucked right in between.

What’s Included?

Every Friday from 8pm to 11pm, all Ladies get 3 complimentary beverages.

There’s 3 cocktails to choose from – a twist to the usual classics : Skinny Margarita ( Orange juice instead of Lime juice) , Long night ( Long Island Ice Tea with Cranberry Juice instead of Coke ) and Palm Whisper.

If you want to get some food – you can course order, with easy bar bites like sushi rolls and salads circa 75 AED, hot starters like gyoza and shrimp tempura. Of coures, if you feel like a meal, they do serve pasta as well.

What’s the vibe like?

Opening aside, when we came back mid-June it was very much quite chilled and nice. The DJ came onboard around 9pm and started pumping out tracks – upon which we decide to move outdoors as we wanted to talk, haha. So yes – if you want music, they do have that.

We stayed from around 8pm till almost 11pm – chatting, sipping on drinks and bar bites. It’s a pretty good offer – especially for the start of the weekend. Highly recommended especially if you have never been to Mileo the Palm on Palm West Beach. C’mon, round up the girls!
