Where is Brunch in Neverland held at?

Brunch in Neverland is held in Address Beach Resort’s all-day dining – The Restaurant, located on the ground floor which is at an elevated level to the pool and beach area. I know, it’s a little confusing. As you enter the lobby, walk straight through and turn left. If you have a stroller – take the lifts down, otherwise don’t be a lazy bum – just walk down the stairs right in front of the lifts.

Valet is complimentary so please don’t stress about parking. Just hand your keys over to the staff and waltz right in to this grand hotel.

Tip : Head over a little earlier than 1pm, so you won’t get caught in the ‘Saturday JBR Brunch Traffic’ on the bridge leading up to the Address. You do get a really nice view of the hotel from that bridge though – so get that camera ready (if you’re not the one driving) and snap away before you get to your final destination.

What is the setup like at Brunch in Neverland?

The experience begins right at the very entrance of The Restaurant. You’ll find a pirate ship – which I’m sure the little ones will jump straight in for photos. Good ol’ Croc is there to say hello. After the check-in counter, there’s an entire area of tents set up in true Neverland style, for playtime and of course, photo ops.

The dining area is split into different sections – which makes it quite nice for families who prefer a different vibe. The buffet spread is situated in a separate central area, which does mean that the actual dining area is not filled with people passing by to get food. And yes – if you prefer alfresco dining over the winter months, there are lots of seating outdoors !

Tip : If you prefer to dine in a quieter area – let the team know so they wouldn’t place you in the same dining area as the kids show.

Shall we talk about the entertainment?

Of course – that is the main thing about Brunch in Neverland – isn’t it?

When we were there – the kids’ show started an hour into the brunch, at 2pm – which suited us well. At least we got to get some food into the kids’ before they disappeared. As it’s all Neverland-themed, you’ll get Tinkerbell and fairies, Captain Cook, the Lost Boys putting up a fun show for the kids.

They then take you off for a fun Treasure Hunt around the entire venue, through to the Kid’s Club.

There’s a lot of singing and dancing, and they get the kids involved. It’s loud, and a lot of fun.

Throughout the afternoon, the characters are there to play with the kids and to keep them entertained.

Note : Themes may change depending on what’s on ie Halloween, Festive, Easter and so on, so the characters that you see in this article may slightly vary.

Let’s talk about the food. What sort of food do they serve at the brunch?

Brunch in Neverland offers an extensive international buffet spread. There’s a fresh seafood bar – we’re talking clams, mussels, prawns and oysters. There’s a sushi counter which my kids demolished. Sorry guys. They just kept going back for more.

Over at the live counters, you’ll find pasta – cooked to your liking, roast carving section with beef, lamb and chicken. There’s salads, pastries and an entire middle table of desserts with a chocolate fountain (pink, when we were there!).

Don’t forget to go outside as there is a kids food area with what I like to call ‘the usual’ – hotdogs, sandwiches, chicken nugget and fries, popcorn and more. If your kid eats more than this – good on you!

What about Kids’ Activities?

Within the restaurant

Other than the show itself, there is a face painting and hair braiding station out at the entrance. Kids can play at the tent area which is all cosy and fun with pillows and more.

Kids’ Club Access

All guests of Brunch in Neverland gets access to Address’ Kids’ Club called – Qix Club. The best bit is it’s literally across from The Restaurant – so it’s very easy for parents to pop on over and drop the kids off. We did just that when we were there – and the 5 and 7 year old spent sometime in there colouring, and playing with other kids.

Note : Drop off age at Qix Club is 4 year old. Kids under 4 are allowed in there with parent/guardian’s supervision.

Splash Pad Access

If the little ones are up for it – splash pad access is included and it’s located just outside of the Kids’ Club – so bring a change of clothes!

Is Pool Access, included with Brunch in Neverland?

Pool access is typically not included in the brunch price. For certain dates – ie 22nd and 29th November 2025, which is the UAE National Day Long Weekend, guests of Brunch in Neverland can pay a special rate to use Address’ Family Pool.

• Kids 5-11 : 50 AED per person

For 17th, 24th. 31st January as well as 7th & 14th February 2026, guests who book directly with us here will get complimentary Family Pool * Beach access from 3pm. Are there any offers or discounts with Brunch in Neverland?

Yes! All U by Emaar members get 30% off all Adult Packages at Brunch in Neverland. It is a free app and you can download it here.

If you’re looking for a fun, entertainment-filled and interactive family brunch in a beautiful and iconic hotel in JBR – do consider Brunch in Neverland. If they’re fans of pirates, fairies and love getting involved in a treasure hunt, singing and dancing – this is the brunch for you. After brunch – go for a wander with the kids across the bridge to Bluewaters. It’s a lovely stroll and a fabulous way to end the day after all the food!

You can book Brunch in Neverland through the Google Forms on the Dubai Family Leisure Guide page. The Address’ reservations team have access to the bookings made here. For the 30% discount, download the U by Emaar App, register an account (free) and show the restaurant upon payment.

Please note that Brunch in Neverland is currently on a little break over Ramadan – this includes Saturday 21st & 28th February, 7th & 14th March.
