- In a nutshell : One of my favourite cafes to go with the kids for breakfast, as it’s so pink indoors, and so green and quiet outdoors. Complimentary valet at the resort is a plus. Did you know dogs are welcome at their garden too? 🐶

- In a nutshell : Gorgeous Beachside Spot at Jumeirah Al Qasr, overlooking Burj Al Arab on one end and Pierchic to the other.

- In a nutshell : Phileas is super lovely over the winter season at the terrace, as it overlooks the golf course and the skyscrapers beyond – amazing views. Did you know they have a shaded playground here as well?

- In a nutshell : This is one spot to head over to, if you’re looking for unique breakfast options – with the likes of crab omelette, caramelized pecan and banana hotcakes, smoked salmon crumpets and short rib benedicts! Its location on Palm West Beach makes it an ideal spot to chill and to enjoy the cool breeze over the winter months. Dogs welcomed, in designated area 🐶

Splendour Fields Jumeirah Lake Towers

- In a nutshell : Splendour has a nice outdoor terrace overlooking the big JLT Park. Take note that the park is on a level below, so if you have toddlers – you will have to go with them. It is also a short walk from the main JLT Park in front of Cluster Q

- In a nutshell : Beautiful little cafe in Al Manzil Old Town. Quiet on weekday mornings and buzzing over the weekends. Don’t forget to take the little ones to the playground 2 mins walk away (it’s in front of Blossom Nursery!)

Hapi & The Barn Khazzan Park
- Timing : 8am, 7 days a week
- Age Restrictions : Open to all
- In a nutshell : One of my favourite parks in Dubai for the littles, especially in the morning. Grab a coffee from The Barn, lay out a mat and chill under the trees. And if they want to, they can go play in the playground within eyesight. Guess what, parking is free 😉

Jumeirah Islands Pavilion
These are the cafes in Jumeirah Islands that are facing the lake, open for breakfast on weekdays.

- In a nutshell : Beautiful spot overlooking their pool, or otherwise if you sit outside on the terrace it overlooks the waterways.
Joe’s Backyard Jumeirah Islands Clubhouse
- Timing : 9am, Daily
- Age Restrictions : Open to all
- In a nutshell : Pick a spot on Joe’s Backyards elevated outdoor terrace as it looks back onto Jumeirah Islands’ waterways, and JLT skyscrapers beyond.

All Resort All-Day Dinings, JBR – Dubai Marina – Bluewaters – The Palm
All the resorts along JBR, Bluewaters and the Palm have their all-day dining serving breakfast and most, if not all – if you choose to sit outside – overlooks large grass areas, the pool, or the beach 😉
You will have to pay for their buffet breakfast if you were to go there for breakfast though.
Please call beforehand as they don’t typically take reservations and will accept walk-ins depending on how busy they are with in-house guests.
