Experience The Croft’s All-Day Sunday Roast in Dubai Marina

Every Sunday, The Croft in Dubai Marina does a roast and it goes all day long – from 12:30pm till 11pm. We have been a few times – over the summer months, as well as winter. It’s such a homey restaurant – and bonus points as well for being of walking distance to our place and to many in the Dubai Marina. If you’re looking for a cosy, family-friendly spot to go to on Sundays – give it a go.

Here’s what to expect for the Sunday Roast at The Croft Dubai.

Where is The Croft?

The Croft is located on the 5th floor of the Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites, right at the edge of Dubai Marina. Don’t worry – there is complimentary valet parking if you are driving over. Closest tram stop would be a close call between Marina Towers & Mina Seyahi station. Cycling over? There’s a Careem Bike station a minute walk away from the Marriott, right in front of Princess Tower.

What is the restaurant like?

Indoors – there’s comfortable booths that would suit families. There’s TV screens plus a billiards table right in the middle. It’s casual, so don’t stress about getting all dressed up. Come decent though. Like, with clothes on.

Outdoors – you’ll find a mix of wooden bar tables and benches that’s partially shaded from the overhanging roof above. Right by the edge there’s lots of high bar tables with stools – for families with older children.

And yes – gorgeous views of the Dubai Marina waterfront.

The Sunday Roast Menu

For the Sunday Roast – you can choose between Roast Chicken, Sirloin, Lamb Rump or Salmon.

For the Vegetarians – there’s a Veggie/Vegan Roast option with a plant-based Veggie Loaf and non-alcoholic Red Wine Jus. How does the Vege one taste like? I have absolutely no idea, haha. One day I’ll give it a try, but I can assure you that their meat options are fantastic 😉

All roast are served with roasted potatoes, yorkshire pudding, mixed veggies and mash.

And for the little ones – you can also opt for a Kids Roast. It’s basically a smaller version of mummy and daddy’s, for 70 AED a plate.

Does everyone have to order the Roast on Sundays?

Not at all! The roast is available every Sunday, but if someone on the table prefers to go Ala Carte – by all means, do. There’s all the usual English favourites – Angus Beef Burgers, Shepherd’s Pie, Butter Chicken Pot Pies, Beef Wellington and more.

Tip : All mains are Buy 1 get 1 free on More Cravings app (free to download)

Does The Croft have a Kids’ Menu as well?

Definitely. If the little ones don’t want roast, they can pick something from the Kids’ Menu which is available everyday till 11pm. It’s really reasonably priced too at 45 AED for 2 courses and 60 AED for 3 courses. All your usual favourites – chicken tenders with fries, fish and chips, cheese burgers and more.

Overall Thoughts

The Sunday Roast offer runs all day long – so it’s a good option for families who’re looking for somewhere casual to dine with the little ones at any hour between 12:30pm till late. Pop in at 3pm for a late lunch, or 5pm for an early dinner. The team will be available to serve you and ensure that you’re well taken care of! If you’re a big drinker – upgrade to their drinks package which is 299 AED for 2-hours free-flow. Alternatively, get a drink or two and guess what? It’s also Buy 1 get 1 free with More Cravings! It’s nice to have an option to go to on Sundays where it’s flexible with regards to timing, packages and what you want to eat. And most importantly – it is family-friendly.
