Ever since we lived to Dubai for over 12 years now, we would walk across the road to the local supermarket to get pork. It wasn’t cheap – but it was close, and it was convenient. One afternoon mid 2023, as I was standing in Dubai Harbour and chatting with two other mums – the conversation of pork came up. Where is the best place to buy pork? Both of them said – Organic Foods and Cafe!
Ever since then, we have been getting all our pork from Organic Foods and Cafe. Well, with the occasional shaved ham from ‘across the road’…..;)

What pork items does Organic Foods and Cafe have?
Pork sausages, pork bacon, pork ham, pork ribs, pork belly, pork mince, pork tenderloin, pork chops…. is that everything?
They also have prosciutto, pancettas and various types of salami, like tartufo, chorizo, toscanella with garlic, lombrada and much more.
Do all the OFC stores sell pork?
All of them do, except for the OFC in Barsha Mall, and Nation Towers in Abu Dhabi. If you live close to these branches – you won’t be able to order pork either – sorry! You just gotta jump in the car and drive down to the nearest store.
In Dubai – The Greens, Golden Mile at Palm Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road and Cityland Mall branch – all stocks pork.
